Even though Carter was born premature, he's never shown any sign of it! He's such a little ham. He loves to tease you and play jokes on you. He especially likes to bug his older brother Maddox! If he's not smiling, then he must be sleeping! This kid is always happy. His sunny disposition rubs off on everyone he mets. It's hard not to be happy around Carter.
