Oscar is and insanely funny little boy with an endless sense of humor. Even when he has been as bad as could be ( he calls it Bad to the Bone! ) his main goal is to make you laugh. He is also a sensitive soul whom is always concerned with others rather than himself. He is an adventure! Oscar was born in Newfoundland and sometimes talks like a little newfie, but loves living in Winnipeg because it has lots of cool things to do and see ( like his fav destination, the Zoo ) He makes me smile everyday and I hope he does the same for you.
